KDS

One queue. Every channel.

Tickets from dine-in, online ordering, and delivery — all in one synchronized view. The kitchen never wonders which screen to look at.

One screen on the line

A queue that knows the difference.

The KDS sorts by station, source, and time-in. New tickets pulse. Late tickets escalate. The expediter sees the whole line at a glance.

  • Multi-station routing. Cold, hot, fry, bar. Items route to the station that makes them, automatically.
  • Fresh-ticket pulse. Brand-new orders breathe so the line catches them inside two seconds.
  • Course pacing. Bumping a course fires the next round. No more synchronized starts gone wrong.
  • Recall & remake. One tap to bring a bumped ticket back. Audit-tracked, comped if needed.

  • Bump-bar friendly · keyboard shortcuts for the line
  • Replaces $1,400 in legacy KDS hardware
What's on the screen

Made for the line, not the boardroom.

Every pixel earns its place. The KDS shows what the line needs right now — and gets out of the way when it doesn't.

Bump bar shortcuts

B to bump, R to recall, M to mark fired. The line never has to look at the screen to touch it.

Live timers

Per-ticket and per-station. Color shifts as a ticket ages — green to yellow to red.

Allergen alerts

Allergen modifiers paint the ticket border. Hard to miss, harder to forget.

Source attribution

Dine-in, delivery, online, pickup — each ticket says where it came from.

Multi-station view

Cold station sees only cold tickets. Expo sees everything. Same source-of-truth.

End-of-shift recap

Average ticket time, station load, escalations — auto-emailed at close.
