For Cloud & Virtual Kitchens
Multiple brands. One kitchen.
Run four delivery brands out of the same line without four POS systems. Each brand gets its own menu, branding, and reports. The kitchen sees one ticket queue, color-coded.

Brand-aware everything
Each concept stays its own brand.
Sumo Ramen and Tacos Pronto share the wok station but they don't share a menu, branding, or P&L. Numu separates the front-of-channel — and unifies the kitchen.
- Brand-tagged tickets. Every KDS card carries the brand color. The line knows which sauce belongs on which plate.
- Separate online storefronts. Each brand gets its own Numu-hosted ordering page. Same code, different colors and logo.
- Per-brand P&L. Revenue, food cost, labor allocated proportionally. Know which brand is paying rent.

Delivery channels
Delivery apps — auto-routed to the right brand.
Numu plugs into each marketplace once per brand and the orders flow into the same kitchen queue, tagged by source and brand. No menu drift across 16 portals.
- Marketplace listings synced from one Numu menu
- Per-channel pricing & availability
- Order acks back to the marketplace automatically
- Channel attribution: which brand × which app earned what
Ghost-kitchen-shaped
The stack a delivery-first kitchen actually needs.
We took the kitchen from one brand to four in eight weeks. Without Numu's brand-aware KDS, we'd have hired a second expediter.
Four brands. One line.
The whole virtual stack — POS, KDS, channel router, brand-level P&L — in one account.
